Cindy Harrington

Cindy is a "New Yawka" transplant who has called Gainesville home for the last 13 years. If you are looking for a boring experience, then keep looking because Cindy is anything but boring. High energy, informative, caring, and most importantly, armed with a sense of humor, Cindy will work with you every step along the way during and even after your closing. She is the only Realtor® in town who carries a mini-business card that reads, "When this CRAZY market changes I can afford a larger card."

"I help people find homes or sell their existing homes to assist them in moving their lives forward," says Cindy. Sometimes she finds homes for four-legged friends, like Bailey, a 5 year old Sheltie she rescued last year (whose former family lost their home to foreclosure), Benjamin, a now 12 year old cat adopted from the Humane Society, Talley O'Malley, a 4 year old orange cat rescued by her Vet and adopted at 10 weeks old and, lastly, Floozy, a cat that was left behind from the previous homeowner 2 years ago where Cindy currently resides. Cindy is aware "families" come in all colors, shapes and sizes and she is honored to work with all of them.

Cindy holds the prestigious GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CSP (Certified New Homes Sales Professional) designations. She also holds the AHWD (At Home With Diversity) designation and is passionate about Fair Housing and "Home Ownership For All" (which is proudly displayed on her license plate).
