Cindy Howze

An Effingham County native, Cynthia E. Howze attended the University of Georgia. After returning to the area, she worked as a sales associate for Fred Williams Homes. Several years later, Cindy received her teaching certification from Western Carolina University. She married Gregg Howze, also of Effingham. She began teaching sixth grade at Effingham County Middle School, later teaching first grade at Memorial Day School. As she was teaching, Cindy got her real estate license. Throughout the years, Cindy and her husband have embarked on a number of varied business ventures, always investing in real estate. Cindy owned and operated Mill Creek Banquet Hall. Presently, she is excited to return to real estate sales and management.
