Cindy Joseph, raised in a small Midwest town of Wisconsin, holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Graduate degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. Cindy relocated to Dallas nearly 16 years ago and quickly fell in love with the culture, diversity and opportunities. As a former Director and Professor at one of the largest, private Universities, she realized her passion and dedication for playing a major role in helping families achieve their dreams.

Cindy started her real-estate career in 2013 with Keller Williams and soon joined Fathom Realty and quickly became a top-producing Agent. With years of experience in training and development, she established a highly successful Team and earned recognition for leading the top Team in the country with Fathom Realty and #1 producing Agent in Denton County. Cindy has earned “Accredited Buyer’s Representative”, “Certified Home Marketing Specialist” and Certified Military Residential Specialist”.

She demonstrates an attitude of positivity and integrity and is committed to understanding the needs of each client. Her ability to communicate and listen intently to each client has earned her respect and reputation throughout the community. Cindy and her husband, Gerry, have lived in the Carrollton area for over 16 years. They have raised three children, enjoy traveling, dancing, watching football and health & fitness.
