Cindy Kisida

Cindy comes from a family of real estate professionals. She moved to the Saint Petersburg area in 2008. She loves helping a variety of people, but her specialty is luxury condos and homes on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Many of her buyers and sellers live out of town, and often her initial showings with customers are through virtual showings of properties.

Cindy is also the team lead for the agents at My Florida Coastal Team, brokered by eXp. This diverse group of real estate professionals helps buyers and sellers for all real estate types in Tampa Bay and the surrounding areas. All of the members of the team are pet lovers, so they understand how important pets are to the family and the importance of selecting a property that will also accommodate your furry family member.

From years of helping people in many aspects of their real estate transactions, Cindy has developed a broad range of resources to help her buyers and sellers. She has trusted inspectors, lending professionals, property management professionals, maintenance specialists, contractors, and designers/decorators that can help with all aspects of the transition.
