Cindy is more than my realtor, she has become a friend. I was getting married, and though of doing a FSBO on my home. Cindy asked if she could just come by and take a look. Her reason was to be sure that I was asking what my home was actually worth. I had reviewed Zillow - so I assumed I knew it's value. Well she looked at it we talked. I wasn't going to do anything for a couple of months. Within two weeks she had someone from New York wanting a home in our neighborhood. Mine met all of their needs. Within a month I had a full cash offer, with no request for closing cost, nor an appraisal. At that time, we decided I might need to get a contract signed with her as the listing agent. She is an amazing women!!

Cindy helped us with selling our house and the purchase our new home. She was very efficient with both transactions and she did what any other agent did. We had made an offer for our new home and the appraisal did not come at the contract price. It was 20k less than what we had offered and the seller of our new home had agreed to lower the price, the night before closing the seller did not want to sell the house and Cindy managed the whole situation. The seller had walked away from the sell our new home and we were devastated, we had closed on our previous house smoothly, but that same day we weren’t able to close. Cindy called talked to the attorney and the seller agent she went above and beyond anyone that would work with her. It was a Friday and the buyers from our home had allowed us to stay in the house for a couple of days to move from one house to the other.   Cindy told us not to worry that she will work things out. Cindy came through, I don’t know how she did it but the sellers from our new house signed the documents on that Monday and we were able to close on our new home. Cindy is an agent that doesn’t give up easily she will find a way and will be blunt and upfront with you. Trust her you are in great hands. I highly recommend her.

Cindy should be your #1 choice if your looking for a realtor. She did her research before meeting with me about selling our home. She priced it right and it sold above asking price in 3 days.
