Cindy Laffoon

After relocating to Cedar City from Las Vegas in 2012, Cindy became familiar with all the facets of moving from a big city to a small town. Since then, she has helped many others do the same, and embraced the small-town lifestyle, which took her back to her roots of growing up in Colorado.

Cindy's favorite part of being a Realtor® is the relationships she builds with her clients and others. She always puts the needs of her client first and works tirelessly to ensure and represent their best interests.

With over thirty years of experience in office management and administration, Cindy has been a licensed Realtor® in Cedar City and surrounding areas since 2017. She is an active member of Iron County Board of Realtors and nominated and elected as a Director for the two year term beginning January 2025. Cindy was voted Iron County Board of Realtors Rookie of the Year in 2018. She has served on the Utah Association of Realtors Grievance Committee and has been involved with other committees with the Iron County Board of Realtors and the Iron County Home Builders Association.
