Cindy helped us get into our first house from a referral from a friend then the referral from our mortgage broker. She was very open and honest with our first house helping us to land our first home at market price and we were very happy with her performance and our Jurgenson home. Cindy really kicked it into gear round two when we got to see her vast experience and network! She just helped us buy our next home next to a dream spot with an amazing school system and community! But the best part is when we sold our home and my wife and I had all of “our ideas” around pricing and listing and she explained in a positive relatable way why she was making her recommendations!

She crushed it so far over asking, that let me just say my contributions to my children’s college fund is no longer needed 😁!!!

She is also just amazing and accommodating to our schedules and personal needs. Please improve your life and engage Cindy!

Simply put, Cindy is amazing! She goes above and beyond to take care of her clients. She's one of the hardest working woman I know; an absolute go getter, completely invested in getting her clients the results they are looking for, whether it be helping a client buy or sell their home, she gets it done! I am a mortgage broker and have worked alongside with Cindy for the last 19 years and in working with her, I've also gotten to know her personally, and she's one of those people you just connect with - that you can have a real, say anything, conversation with, and not think twice about being judged. I met Cindy when she was a single Mom of a beautiful little girl, around age 7 or 8 years old. Back then, I was in my early 20's, and I remember thinking, wow, this lady is an amazing Mom, completely invested in her daughter's life, and at the same time, she's an incredible Realtor, working around the clock to get it all done. I highly recommend Cindy Lee if you are in the market to either sell your house or to buy a house. I recently listed my house in Rocklin for sell right when the Coronavirus pandemic started and the normal process associated with selling a house was uncertain. Cindy was able to execute each step of this new selling process effectively and skillfully. My house had an offer on day 3 and the house sold 10 days earlier than expected.
