Growing up in the military gave me an opportunity to see different parts of the country and world. My heritage is here in Fredericksburg. My ancestors settled here from Germany five generations ago. Fredericksburg has always been a place of fond memories, with my visits and summers spent here while growing up. My husband and I made the decision to move here when our children were younger so that they could grow up in a community with small town values and opportunities.Prior to moving to Fredericksburg, I was a registered nurse working in the medical center in Houston and Austin. Retiring from nursing to stay home with my children, I started a home based business doing decorative services that eventually let to opening Abella Home, a home decor store in Fredericksburg. I've had an interest in real estate prior to moving to Fredericksburg and decided to get my license after we moved here. I've had my license since 2004.I enjoy meeting new people and my experience, both professionally and in customer service, is an asset for both buyers and sellers. I have experience in staging homes. In addition to personally going through the process of building three custom homes, I have assisted several clients through this process.
