Licensed in North Carolina & Virginia. Cindy began her real estate career in the residential area, with record breaking sales and goals. Rookie of the year in Hampton Roads area 2001, and all "President" Awards every year thereafter. Although the residential resale business was very successful Cindy realized her thirst for contract negotiations and business decisions were not being utilized so she turned her focus to land acquisition & development. Working with land owners, developers, builders became her passion. In 2004, she used some of the past land sales as an opportunity to open her own real estate firm, which was quite successful. Partnering with builders for real estate marketing services. In July 2008, sold the real estate firm and held on tight for what was to come in September of 2008. After a year of contemplation ...she is back today, working again in the land procurement & discovery. Developer & Builder partnering. Residential and commercial. East Coast Enterprises is her company as she continues working as a consultant & contract services. As a managing broker at BHHS RW Towne Realty, I support the professional Realtors in our North Carolina office.
