She sat w/us to go thru all the offers w/ pros and cons she understood so well. When we left for Florida before the closing, she gave us moving tips & continued to check our property til closing. We worked with Cindy McMahon in the spring of 2022 to sell our home. We couldn't have been more happy with the outcome. We received multiple offers the first weekend the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Cindy’s incredible work. Cindy used a fabulous photographer to showcase our home and the beautiful outdoor setting online. She was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in our desired timeline. She was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). Cindy was very responsive, and we had a great experience!

Cindy was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question about buying and selling. She has an incredible wealth of knowledge of the Real Estate market. Cindy took the time to explain how to stage a home and what the process of buying and selling a house looks like in today's market. We followed all of Cindy's recommendations when we put our house on the market. We did this on a Thursday and we accepted an offer 3 days later. Her professionalism and candor is something we should all strive for. She made the process stress free and I would highly recommend her to any new or experienced buyers and sellers.

Cindy is extremely knowledgeable. She is a true expert. She helped us properly price our home and get it ready for the market. She was never pushy but knew just the right amount of guidance to provide. I thought she really excelled at the staging portion of our sale as well as navigating the multiple offer situation we were in as a seller. I felt that Cindy served our interests and not her own. Where do I even begin. Cindy was absolutely amazing. My husband and I had a peculiar situation in that we were purchasing a home from Italy, sight unseen. We were unfamiliar with the area and happened to find Cindy via youtube. We quickly fell in love with Cindy after watching her very informative videos she posts. We knew immediately we had to pick her as our realtor. She was outstanding! She went above and beyond to help us find our perfect forever home buy sending tons of pics, videos, and detailed information regarding the areas we were looking in. We felt she really got to know us and knew when we wouldn't like a place and when we would. She really took her time to listen to us and we were so happy with the transaction. I can't say enough about what a great job Cindy and her team did to sell our house in Albany, NY. We had to move out of the area, so we depended on Cindy to handle a lot of the details we would normally have done ourselves. She prepared us well for the whole process and we always felt she had our backs the whole time. She did a great job of staging the property and keeping it looking great. As first time home-sellers, we did not know the process at all. Cindy was able to start offering us her knowledge and tips right away when we were first considering selling, and she was able to walk us through each step of the way from there. Although it’s an intimidating process, Cindy helped us feel confident and informed the entire time. We had already moved out of the area when we were about to list it, and Cindy jumped right in to help stage it and prep it for photos perfectly. My wife and I have owned a number of properties and used many different realtors in the past. Working with Cindy on the sale of our most recent property really separated Cindy from all other realtors. We are so grateful to have a realtor like Cindy! She helped us buy our first home about 5 years ago. When we outgrew that house she was our first call! She is very knowledgeable and experienced. She took the time to discuss all of our options for buying and selling. We loved using the HomeSnap app she recommended for our home buying search and the fact that you could communicate with her through the app. She was quick to schedule a showing for any house we were interested in, which was so important in this crazy market! Similar to our first home buying experience, we appreciated all her advice and knowledge during showings and when making our offer. In just 2 weeks, she helped us to find our dream home and avoid a multiple offers situation!

She was a huge help in getting our home market ready – great advice on simple projects that could improve the value, scheduled beautiful professional photos for our listing, and did a phenomenal job marketing it on MANY platforms! We also really appreciated how COVID conscious she was! In preparation of showings, she brought booties, hand sanitizer, COVID questionnaires, and signage. Clearly putting our family’s safety first! She was in constant communication with us as we received offers to discuss all our options and address any concerns. We were amazed that Cindy sold our house, above asking price, in just 4 DAYS!

Cindy was all we could ask for in a buyer’s agent and more! We had a very long and exhaustive search for our forever home and Cindy was there to guide us the whole way. Whenever there was a potential home for us, Cindy was right on top of it and scheduled a showing for us almost immediately. The night that the house that eventually became our home, Cindy moved around appointments that she had the next morning and worked with the seller’s agent to ensure we were the first ones in to see it.
