CINDY MONTGOMERY

Cindy is an accomplished Front Range Realtor who keeps in full communication with her clients to the closing table and beyond. She has built her reputation on her thorough customer care and proven ability to guide her clients through the home buying or selling process. From negotiating the best price, getting though inspections, appraisals and the various other obstacles that can arise, Cindy is there every step of the way. She began her real estate career in 2004 and has consistently been one of the top producers in her office. Awards she has earned include: International President Circle in 2015, 2019, 2020; International Diamond Society 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, International President's Elite in 2018. She was named 5280 Magazine Five Star Realtor 5 years in a row (2012-2016) and 5280 Top Real Estate Producer for 2019 and 2020. Cindy is a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Specialist, Certified Military Residential Specialist and Relocation Certified. Cindy has a wealth of experience with buyers and sellers including relocations, investment, banked owned and short sale properties. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker in 2004, Cindy worked for Benchmark Mortgage in Longmont. A graduate of CSU, she worked in sports media relations field for over 10 years at the collegiate level. Cindy and her husband Doug live in Longmont where they raised their two children who graduated from Niwot HS. The Montgomery’s are members of Rocky Mountain Christian Church and enjoy traveling, playing sports, reading and volunteering in their community and church.
