Cindy Rose was the realtor that worked with my parents to purchase their beloved home so when the search for a home came up for our family, it was a no brainer to use Cindy as well. Cindy was contacted about a home and met with us the next day. She knew our desire was to stay within our town and she did everything she could to make that possible. After viewing multiple homes, she knew we fell in love with the home we purchased. She continued to be with us and work with us through the whole process of purchase. She did late hours at the office with us submitting documents, called the mortgage company, contacted others to help with our process, referred us to insurance and inspection agents, and more. She was just as excited as we was to close on our home and get our keys! She has followed up and has continued to work by us! I have and will continue to refer Cindy to any and all I know looking for their forever homes! Thank you Cindy for being so knowledgeable, sweet, and helpful for our family! <3

Cindy was a great realtor and new friend. She went above and beyond in helping me through the process of selling my home, to include checking on my mother who has dementia, so that I could have a day out with family to relax and rest. Cindy sat with me through every showing because I could not leave the house due to caring for my mother. She made the process easy, explained everything as we went through the process, and calmed my nerves if she saw me getting stressed. I am so glad that I chose Cindy to sell my home. I am sure God sent her to me because she was definitely an answer to prayer. My home sold in 6 days for more than the asking price! I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I will call Cindy because I trust her to have my best interests at heart.

To start off I am a first time homebuyer and had no idea what I was getting myself into. Cindy at exodus realty was a god send! She helped me start to finish, explained everything to me, and worked with my already crazy schedule. She made the process go so smooth and everything went so fast. I had the keys to my new house in just over a month of putting in my first offer! 10/10 recommend!
