Cindy Shepherd came from the fast pace world of racing in which one of her responsibilities was disbursing the safety equipment that competitors relinquished their very lives on. In this opportunity, she discovered that she was not willing to deliver a product she, nor her family, would not rely on as well. That life principle has never changed. It is one of helping others with one of the largest investments that will impact their daily life. When Cindy sold and purchased her home, she realized the importance of needing to know how to get through the intricate process. It was her catalyst to her career in real estate. In real estate, an industry where team work is essential for the ultimate win, Cindy has surrounded herself with the tools and people that will guarantee getting her clients into the property of their dreams. She will leverage the state of the art technology in marketing/data, the cumulative wisdom since 1906, her attention to detail, and most of all, treating her clients the same as trusted friends and family; her life principle. Because helping individuals is a passion and foundation, it will be evident once you have joined the team. Cindy has two sons, daughter-in-law and four grandchildren. In addition to spending time with family, she enjoys interior decorating. She is delighted to utilize her knowledge to help her clients stage their homes for its optimal value. In her spare time, she loves to travel and still enjoys going to the track to be with family and friends. She is passionate about the charity work that helps handicapped adults and children that her family has been associated with for over 30 years
