Words cannot describe how helpful Christy was throughout the entire buying process. This is my second time buying a house, the first for my fiancé, and the process seemed easier than the last time. Christy answered all our questions almost immediately and gave us advice about aspects of the buy we were uncertain about. We just closed on the second property we’ve purchased with the help of Christy Cade. It was a crazy roller coast ride because of an incommunicative, irresponsible and uncooperative seller, but Christy was patient and persistent. We feel so blessed to have worked with the Cindy Shetterly Team. They listed our house quickly, had professional pictures taken, and negotiated a sale almost $10,000 more than asking price in just 2 days. We had the pleasure to work with her, Venus, and Amanda on both the selling and buying side. The Cindy Shetterly Team more than exceeded our expectations. We sold our house on the day it listed and found a house that was perfect for us within less than two weeks. They were there every step of the way and answered every question and resolved every issue very promptly. If I ever need to buy or sell again I would definitely go with the same team, although we are so satisfied where we are now I don’t plan on moving anywhere else.

The Cindy Shetterly team is nothing short of spectacular! My husband and I were in a position to sell our home and we needed to move it quickly. We contacted their team and they had our home on the market and sold within 3 days of listing. We had a total of 8 showings (maybe more) and we received constant feedback along the way. They are extremely knowledgeable, took the time to understand our needs and worked hard to move our home quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better, more pleasant experience when selling our home. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to sell their home or find a home.

In addition, I want to give a shout out to Ashley Cheek. She was quick to respond to my message about listing, helped us through our selections when building with Fischer Homes and guided us along the way. She is positive, truly cares for those she helps and works hard to find a buyer.

It was great to work with Cindy and her team. This is the first time I've sold a property, and she helped me navigate all the confusing aspects of the process. She also provided me with a wealth of valuable information when it came to deciding how much to sell for, when to sell, and how to navigate moving into a new home once I sold my old. I didn't think it would be easy to sell my old home and move into a new one, but Cindy handled each stage of the selling process so well that I had no issues. I highly recommend contacting Cindy if you need help selling your place.

They combine years of professionalism with a heavy dose of compassion - smoothing the way for their clients during what could otherwise be a stressful process in life. I have only good things to say. Where to start with this team....I can't more highly recommend the Cindy Shetterly Team. I think that is the biggest game changer, the team! Cindy is amazing and she knows she can't do it all so she has assembled the hands down best team I have ever worked with to ensure they can do everything. I just wanted to thank the Cindy Shetterly Team for helping me sell my house, and find a new one within a month of selling. Traci Browne stayed with me every step of the way in finding a new home. Her attention to detail when looking at potential homes was as if she was buying the house. She also helped keep me grounded during the stressful time.
