I worked with Shawn Thomas when purchasing my first home. Shawn worked tirelessly to make sure that I found a home that not only fit my wants and needs, but one that also fit my budget. He was always there when I needed him. I was shopping in a very competitive market with low inventory in my price range. Every house I looked at was a multiple offer situation. I closed on my home in February 2022. Without Shawn’s expertise and negotiation skills, I’m don’t think my offer wouldn’t have been accepted by the seller. Since closing over a year ago, Shawn has been no stranger. He still checks in from time to time to see how things are going, and also invites me to different events hosted by him and his team. We just closed on the second property we’ve purchased with the help of Christy Cade. It was a crazy roller coast ride because of an incommunicative, irresponsible and uncooperative seller, but Christy was patient and persistent. They listed our house quickly, had professional pictures taken, and negotiated a sale almost $10,000 more than asking price in just 2 days. We had the pleasure to work with her, Venus, and Amanda on both the selling and buying side. Shawn as well as the whole team really worked hard for me and my wife's first home. They were not shy about contacting us if they ever needed something from us, and they made us feel just as comfortable about texting or calling them, no matter how trivial the question, regardless of time of day or night. From the buying side, Marcie was with us each and every step of the way. She went above and beyond working tirelessly to help us find our dream home. She worked with our crazy schedules and gave us thoughtful insights and advice that made the buying process as stress free as possible. Even when we were frustrated in such a hot market, she always remained positive and helped us to feel confident that we would find the right home for our family. The Cindy Shetterly Team more than exceeded our expectations. We sold our house on the day it listed and found a house that was perfect for us within less than two weeks. They were there every step of the way and answered every question and resolved every issue very promptly. The Cindy Shetterly team is nothing short of spectacular! My husband and I were in a position to sell our home and we needed to move it quickly. We contacted their team and they had our home on the market and sold within 3 days of listing. We had a total of 8 showings (maybe more) and we received constant feedback along the way. They are extremely knowledgeable, took the time to understand our needs and worked hard to move our home quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better, more pleasant experience when selling our home. It was great to work with Cindy and her team. This is the first time I've sold a property, and she helped me navigate all the confusing aspects of the process. She also provided me with a wealth of valuable information when it came to deciding how much to sell for, when to sell, and how to navigate moving into a new home once I sold my old.
