This was the second time I worked with Kristy and she is phenomenal in every way she makes the process very easy and worry free anytime If I had a question she always answers me back as soon as she could. I had a back injury last year and I told her I needed someone to come and clean my condo she recommended someone and they did a great job. I was selling my condo and buying a house at the same time. They took care of the staging and puting the listing up with beautiful pictures. The condo sold the same day it was put up for sale. Was an overall great experience. Words cannot describe how helpful Christy was throughout the entire buying process. This is my second time buying a house, the first for my fiancé, and the process seemed easier than the last time. Christy answered all our questions almost immediately and gave us advice about aspects of the buy we were uncertain about. As a first-time home buyer, Shawn was great to work with! I had specific requirements that I was looking for in a home but a limited budget with not a lot of flexibility, which led to a lot of houses that either were not what I wanted or I was unable to make a good offer. From the buying side, Marcie was with us each and every step of the way. She went above and beyond working tirelessly to help us find our dream home. She worked with our crazy schedules and gave us thoughtful insights and advice that made the buying process as stress free as possible. Even when we were frustrated in such a hot market, she always remained positive and helped us to feel confident that we would find the right home for our family. We found a home that we absolutely love and it is thanks to her.

From the selling side, Cindy, Venus and Amanda all made the process so incredibly easy. The team was incredibly organized and thorough in the process. The listing images were stellar and the pricing strategy was right on point. We were able to get well above asking price and were also able to do this easily. The process was seamless. They did a fantastic job of advising on the multiple offers and allowed us to focus on moving and not the paperwork and logistics of selling and buying a home. With two small children, this was so incredibly helpful.
I have so much respect and love for this team and all that they do for their clients. We put our trust into the team and were able to sell our old home effortlessly and move into our new home with no bumps along the way.

It was a process, and took several months, but we were always treated with extreme professionalism and attentiveness. Marci was always available to show us properties and if not, then another team member would.
