This was the second time I worked with Kristy and she is phenomenal in every way she makes the process very easy and worry free anytime If I had a question she always answers me back as soon as she could. I had a back injury last year and I told her I needed someone to come and clean my condo she recommended someone and they did a great job. I was selling my condo and buying a house at the same time. They took care of the staging and puting the listing up with beautiful pictures. The condo sold the same day it was put up for sale. Was an overall great experience. He helped us with offer negotiations, referrals to lenders to shop for best mortgage offers, and helped answer/address all questions and concerns we had during this process.

He also has partnerships with a number of different service providers in the industry and has connected us with lenders, house cleaning services, house inspectors, painters etc. ( really anything we needed to address during the process he was able to assist us).

Finally, it was too good BUT, it was true. These days, it is difficult to find a true advocate for YOUR hopes and wishes. Shawn is that guy. He helped us turn a dream into reality and made the process so easy. I’m kicking myself for not filling out that contact form earlier. We prolonged the home-buying process because of all of the nightmare stories and honestly, the thought of being denied or going through a lengthy hunt just hurt. My wife and I come from humble beginnings and we both grew up thinking that good things didn’t happen to people like us. We tend to worry and often expect for the worst. The stars aligned. Words cannot describe how helpful Christy was throughout the entire buying process. This is my second time buying a house, the first for my fiancé, and the process seemed easier than the last time. Christy answered all our questions almost immediately and gave us advice about aspects of the buy we were uncertain about. If she couldn’t show us one of the houses we were considering she found someone who could. When it came to the house we bought, I believe she negotiated the best deal so the sellers would accept our bid. He was always there when I needed him. I was shopping in a very competitive market with low inventory in my price range. Every house I looked at was a multiple offer situation. I closed on my home in February 2022. Without Shawn’s expertise and negotiation skills, I’m don’t think my offer wouldn’t have been accepted by the seller. He’s the ace you NEED!!! I rarely do reviews But often read them when deciding on how to proceed. So trust me when I say Shawn is EXCEPTIONAL! It isn’t just he’s a subject matter expert. He was prepared to anticipate the Next step & act on it Before I could start stressing about it! I wasn’t ready yet when I met him & a Lot of agents would have given up on me. He helped me with my game plan & would check in on Me to see how I was doing. Never Any pressure! Straight forward, honest & showed genuine interest not one looking for the payoff ASAP.
I found out on a Sunday afternoon I was prequalified & at the Last minute asked Shawn if he could get me in to see it. Even though I’m sure he had plans we met up & he didn’t just patiently take me through the house, he saw my vision!
Most agents would have discouraged me from even pursuing the home I wanted as it was listed as a Commercial property. Shawn didn’t tell me what I couldn’t do. He HELPED ME & when I got a little nervous he pushed through! I have the house of my dreams Because Shawn cared enough to take care! We just closed on the second property we’ve purchased with the help of Christy Cade. It was a crazy roller coast ride because of an incommunicative, irresponsible and uncooperative seller, but Christy was patient and persistent. As a first-time home buyer, Shawn was great to work with! She was very knowledgeable about the whole buying/selling process and explained things thoroughly and once we had signed the papers to buy and to sell, she was kept on top of what we needed to do and kept us informed. Whenever I called her with questions she either knew the answer or found out and got right back to me. Whenever I called for recommendations for workers, she always gave me some names of people she knew were competent and that charged fairly. Most of all, she was always very pleasant and calming about everything even when I was very stressed. The entire team was very good at guiding us through the entire process.
