Words cannot describe how helpful Christy was throughout the entire buying process. This is my second time buying a house, the first for my fiancé, and the process seemed easier than the last time. With no preparation in advance, I clicked on the first realtor Zillow suggest which was Todd Asalon from the Cindy Shutterly Team! I made the phone call, explained our situation, Todd chuckled and said “Okay! Let’s get you your dream home!” And that’s exactly what he has done for our family!

Within a matter of 4 DAYS multiple members from the Cindy Shutterly team rearranged their schedule to meet with us and get our house on the market within 48 hours- and SOLD our home!! We are beyond thankful for the hard work and dedication Todd Asalon, Venus Bertucci, Amanda Brady, and other team members!

Even though those 4 days were flooded with anxiety filled questions and tasks, every member from The Cindy Shutterly Team were responsive and reassuring to all of our needs!

It was a crazy roller coast ride because of an incommunicative, irresponsible and uncooperative seller, but Christy was patient and persistent. It was great to work with Cindy and her team. This is the first time I've sold a property, and she helped me navigate all the confusing aspects of the process. She also provided me with a wealth of valuable information when it came to deciding how much to sell for, when to sell, and how to navigate moving into a new home once I sold my old.
