Cindy is an awesome realtor. From the first time we talked with her about buying our home, she made herself available to answer any questions we had. We didn't have the best experience with the seller or his agent during this transaction. However, Cindy was the best advocate we could have asked for. She was there for us every step of the process, not giving up! She definitely understands and knows what she is doing, and I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a qualified realtor to buy or sell a home anywhere in VA. Best realtor you can have! We started the process while still out of state and Cindy was so accommodating. The home buying experience was tailored to what we wanted and needed making it exciting and not stressful at all. We are first time homeowners and Cindy patiently guided us throughout the entire process. Cindy also got the best recos as to lenders, home insurance, warranties, and other home stuff making life so much easier. We were able to close in as early as 18 days from being under contract! We are still yet to occupy the property as we are still out of state but Cindy checks up on it from time to time for us reassuring us that everything's still perfectly working. This girl is just the best!! Highly recommended!

Cindy made our home-buying process a breeze. We were putting in offers sight unseen because we were buying from Texas. She was honest with us about everything she saw, pointed out things on virtual showings that weren't clearly visible via Zoom, and went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything we could about a property since we couldn't attend showings in person. She clearly has tons of experience helping people buy homes from afar. She is a total rockstar, and she works her butt off to make sure her clients are happy. I'd give her 10 stars if I could!

My husband and I just closed on a house this month due to having this kick a** realtor on our side! She went to bat for us time and time again. She will go above and beyond for all of her clients. She is so creative with thinking outside of the box when it comes to doing everything possible on her part to make her clients' offers more appealing. She is so passionate about helping others. This is not just a job for her but what she loves to do. She literally drove out in the snow on a last minute request to get a showing on the house I wanted to see. Cindy was wonderful to work with! She is a military spouse herself, so she was very familiar with a lot of issues or obstacles we had to get through using a VA loan, and because we were in the middle of PCSing across the country. She was incredibly flexible and understanding throughout the process. She was great about communicating with us in a timely manner. We happened to find the house of our dreams, but it was older, and therefore was not an easy sale (electrical issues that insurance didn't want to cover, appraisers that didn't want to even look at the property, VA rules we had to figure out how to get around). She never once tried to talk us out of it to avoid the extra work- she took the challenge on eagerly.
We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.
