Cindy has specialized in new business development within the commercial construction arena by collaborating with clients from conceptual planning through grand opening. Past project types include luxury townhomes, apartments, assisted living, affordable housing, charter schools, renovation, and design-build.

Known for high standards and exceeding client expectations, Cindy has also been affiliated with a private, national real estate development and finance company to manage and facilitate the sales of distressed assets acquired from governmental agencies as well as national, regional, and local lending institutions acquired through the workout process.

Cindy continues to pursue her profession and maintains high knowledge of the real estate market. In her free time, Cindy enjoys a round of golf, catching a SUNS game or a simple BBQ poolside with the family!

Cindy holds the following designations and degrees: Associate Broker, NAR Designated GREEN REALTOR, Certified Short Sale, and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing.
