Cindy and her team did an awesome job at not asserting their opinions into any decision, but rather explaining the benefits/risks of the options. Market knowledge and negotiation are really strong traits. If you know what you are looking for, and communicate that well then you should rest easy knowing you’ll be cared for. Bonus points for elite customer service :)
