Cindy Willard has handled 3 real estate transactions for my husband and me - two home sales and one house purchase. Cindy was ultra-professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. We were referred to Cindy by a long time friend. We had to overcome bumps in the road with our lender before we could begin searching. Cindy reassured us she's been in this industry a while and knows we can fulfill our dream with hard work and dedication. She was always available to answer our questions and concerns. She knew that our situation was more complex but remained positive when we were not. With our lending situation we had to make some compromises, Cindy did her very best to meet our needs and wants regardless. After looking at various homes, we found a nice remodeled home. When we walked in for a showing, I knew she found the one for us. She didn't show us homes that were unacceptable, she only wanted the best for us. I was most impressed by Cindy's ability to make it her personal goal to help us reach our dream and remain 100% professional. I would definitely use Cindy as my Real Estate Agent again, she proved she loves her job and does it to see others happy no matter how difficult it can be.

Cindy is amazing. Newky married we wanted a special home where believed we would stay forever and she helped us find it. Our house fits our lifestyle and really feels like home. She was always there for us during the whole homebuying process so we always had a friend. There isn't a better real estate expert out there!
