Extremely professional. Cissy went above and beyond to communicate the details of each step with me during the home buying process. We needed to find a realtor to sell a place that my parents had lived in in Laveen. We were really nervous since we live in California, and being remote could be tricky.

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Cissy. She was was very responsive and on top of everything each step of the way. She arranged for cleaning, painting, and minor repairs prior to listing and coordinated with contractors to correct other issues during escrow.

In the end, everything was really easy. Our home sold quickly and over asking and we got through what could have been a really difficult process with minimal stress, all thanks to Cissy's hard work.

I’ve known Cissy for close to 20 years both professionally and personally. She is by far one of the most intelligent and caring woman I’ve been blessed to know. Her vast knowledge of all aspects of the real estate and mortgage industry is the reason I have referred her to many people. I take great pride in my reputation for only referring the best and she has delivered on my reputation time and again by going over and above. It’s not just because we are friends, it’s because she believes and enjoys making someone’s dream a reality. There are many individuals who are realtors but without mortgage experience it is very easy for a deal to go south. I work in mortgages and see the damage often with realtors who don’t have the full picture which can only come from experience in both industries. Guaranteed she will work hard to ensure you are taken care, I put my reputation on that fact.
