CJ Sims was one of the best realtor’s that I’ve ever worked with. As an out of state client, CJ handled the whole project from the repairs to the sale. CJ told me that she could sell my house within a week and she got it done in 3 days. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home in the Columbia area. Her personality and family approach makes her easy to work with!

All around the best Realtor!!!
Very dependable even after the process is completed she still stays in touch and really put her heart into finding you the perfect home. She told me at the beginning that we will be finding best first home I could get and she pulled through and even through the frustration moments of house hunting she kept my head high. Anyone one looking for a Realtor CJ is definitely highly recommended! And anyone will be absolutely lucky to have her to be apart of your home buying process!

As a first time home buyer, CJ made buying a house really easy. I am very impressed with the whole entire process. Any question I had, she answered it. She worked day and night. She always put me first. It was moments when I wanted to stop and quit and CJ stayed patient with me and got me through it. If you are looking to buy a home for the first time, I definitely recommend CJ Sims, United Real Estate SC. I truly enjoyed this experience and going through the process was the best you could ever ask for. Looking for a house can be hard and trying at times but CJ makes it so much easier. After having a really bad experience with a realtor in SC, I went looking for another and there she was Ms. Cj Sims! Very responsive, very informational and she listened to me and my husbands concerns and our needs. She was absolutely a Godsend to us. There was a situation that happened and I called her frantic and she told me in a calm voice that she got it and she took care of the situation so quick with no complaints!!! Then she had a cleaning service come and clean my house before we started showing!!! I’ve never heard of that being done before and she blew us out of the water!! Not only did she set our asking price more than what the previous realtor was going to list it, but she gave us total confidence that our condo would sell AND IT DID!!! Thank you thank you thank you Cj!!! I would definitely recommend you to anyone I know in SC!!!
