We were referred to Claire and The Ackerman Team from a mutual work friend. Given the fact that Claire came highly referred, we had high expectations. My wife and I can say that she met and exceeded our expectations for this real estate transaction. We live out of state and had to rely on Claire so much. She took time to understand our needs and "must have's". She was so responsive and fast when it came to showings or responding to text and emails. I first met Claire two years ago. She helped my son and his wife purchase their first home, and they insisted that she was awesome and I should interview her. Well, all I can say is she far exceeded my expectations. Claire and I had an awesome first conversation, and while I thought I was interviewing her, she was actually listening to me and interviewing me. By the time she sent me my first batch of listings I knew I had found someone awesome. After our first time out viewing properties, Claire had a total feel for what I wanted, and she delivered. The very next time we went out she found me the perfect property for my situation. She was awesome!
Fast forward two years and that perfect little property, well I outgrew it. I reached out to Claire and she had it sold for me within a few hours! We are now on the hunt for a house with a yard that my new puppy can play in. It's a rough buyers market, but Claire is patient, and again, she knows exactly what I'm looking for. I really appreciate that she doesn't waste my time or her time on properties that don't fit what I am looking for. Many agents just want to make that sale. Claire wants to develop a real relationship with her clients and she wants to make sure they get what they really want.
On another note, she just helped my daughter and son in law sell their condo and got them moved into a new house as well. She is definitely our family realtor and I imagine many families feel the same way. Claire is great. You simply can't ask for a better person to help you buy or sell your home.

Claire helped us buy our first home as well as sell it and purchase our second.
