Claire helped us buy our first home and we can't recommend her enough. We knew very little about the home buying process when we first met Claire but she took the time to educate us, refer us to lenders, and answer any and all questions we had. We fully trusted Claire and felt very supported throughout the process. We ended up finding our dream home earlier than we expected and Claire sprang into action - negotiating a competitive offer that was immediately accepted, advocating for us to get repairs and credit, answering questions at all hours, and being a supportive and delightful partner during what can be an intense process. Claire is phenomenally good at what she does. In a hot market with tons of competition for available homes, I followed her advice, and it paid off. I only offered on one house, and my offer was accepted over others. Claire managed all the details and gracefully dealt with the inevitable snags. She was very responsive throughout the process.

I first met Claire many years ago. She gave me, a first-time homebuyer with a limited budget, as much attention as clients buying million-dollar homes. It ultimately took me 6 years to save up and feel comfortable buying a home, but she never pressured me, and she never blew me off. I deeply appreciate that.

Claire is also incredibly knowledgable. I remember walking up to one open house, and she rattled off issues: termite damage, roof and siding needed to be replaced, asbestos, etc. She wasn't going to let me buy a lemon. She's not in this business to make a quick buck -- she cares about her clients and wants to form long-lasting relationships.

Claire was phenomenal in assisting me with my first house purchase. From the 1st phone call where she explained how to buy a house until the day we closed, I was so impressed with her knowledge of the business and crazy market right now. She always answered my calls and texts regardless of the hour of day and fixed any challenge or lead me in the direction to fix it. All in all I can't say enough nice things about Claire and how she helped me find the perfect home. She knew what things to look out for in a home that I had no clue to even look for. I would 10 out of 10 recommend her to all my friends, neighbors, colleagues, basically anyone looking for a home in the Triangle.

Claire is an amazing agent. We have been sending friends to Claire for over 3 years and each one has had a great experience. I felt compelled to write a review now because yet another couple that we recently referred to her couldn’t say enough wonderful things. She took time away from her own family on a holiday weekend to help our friends due to time constraints they were under. She has helped other friends close on homes unseen and they continue to enjoy that very same home to this day. She knows the area extremely well and not only does she personally care about each of her clients, she listens to her clients needs. They all have appreciated for her expertise and guidance. For so many home buyers it is such a stressful time and Claire puts her clients at ease with a balance of confidence, knowledge, integrity and kindness. I can say with certainty that you will not find a better agent than Claire.
