Coming to Northern California from her native China, Ye “Claire” Yang likes the Bay Area climate — and not just the weather. A master electrical engineer from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science as well as a software developer, she was drawn to the region by the exciting growth opportunities for someone with her unique skill set.

Claire’s abilities dovetail with her work as a real estate professional. Her technical expertise aids her marketing efforts in the increasingly digital realm of real estate. Her understanding of the tech industry equally helps her relate to local buyers and sellers, many of whom also work in that field.
