I have seen good reviews about Clara and those were all true. Clara has given us the service more than what we expect. She checks or informs us all the time the needed documents we need to prepare, to sign and if there is something that we do not like in the house so that she can talk with the owner or the seller about it. Clara is concerned and she treats that she is the one buying the house so everything that she don't like with it, she would voice it out. Clara even advises us how to budget wisely by choosing the right insurance package, etc... Clara will not only be your realtor, but will also be a very good friend.... :) :) My wife actually recommended Clara to her previous office mate and they were able to close the house and she was very happy with the outcome too... So, would I recommend her? DEFINITELY, OF COURSE, YES :)
