Clara Fermin is a New Jersey native that has called Central Florida her home since 2014. She joined Valiant Realty Group in 2022 with five years of real estate experience. In the corporate sector, she has worked in Human Resources, Communications, Health Insurance and most recently, the Construction industry. She utilizes the diverse knowledge and experience she gained in every past role to benefit her clients each and every day. In recent years, she has worked closely with realtors, developers and general contractors in the Central Florida area and has gained an insider's perspective on real estate practices.
