My wife stumbled upon the greatest realtor that we could have asked for completely by accident. After speaking to him on the phone for just a few minutes she immediately felt comfortable and was impressed by how knowledgeable he was. Clark Anctil has been amazing throughout the entire home buying experience. We had a long list of homes that we were interested in and he went above and beyond by providing payment calculations for each one which made it easy to narrow down our search to our top 3. He knows southern California very well and gave us the pros and cons for each one of our choices. He is detail oriented and is the epitome of a professional. He has a way of explaining complex details that make them easy to understand. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase, which was important as we were purchasing a home that will be our forever home. He is very trustworthy and honest and did not try to sell us on any property. We will certainly recommend him to anyone of our friends or family and definitely call on him if we decide to purchase another home in the future. And his Spanish is superb! Armando & Tina

I had a lot of questions and I wasn't sure if I was ready to buy a house. Since I'm a first time home buyer, i didn't know the procedures and of course I had concerns. Clark assured me and pretty much answered all of my questions. He helped me from day one until I received my keys to my new home. Thanks to him, the whole process was a breeze.
