Having worked with Clark from both a buyer and seller role, we've been really impressed with his efforts! When we bought our home over 10 years ago, Clark went above and beyond to help us find a place that would fit our needs and budget in the Carmel area. Having sold our home with Clark this year, we found him to be just as responsive and detailed as in the past. Clark helped put us at ease about the selling process and answered a lot of questions (as we had never sold a home before). He offered guidance without pressuring us into making decisions or moving forward, and that was really appreciated. The closing process went so smoothly, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Even the new buyers commented on how organized and responsive he seemed to be! Clark was very informative and helpful throughout my entire home buying process. He set very clear expectations for me up front which I appreciated.
