Claudette Smith is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. She was 100% committed to helping me after having dealt with a nightmare situation that delayed the sell of my home. She went above and beyond in her dedication to not only listing the property but also managing the upkeep of the property in my absence since I had already relocated to Florida. I'm certain that, were it not for Claudette, I would not have been able to sell my home for over asking with the buyer closing in 30 days. Although she's no longer my agent, she referred me to the agent who helped me purchase my new home in Florida. If you're looking for a realtor, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you don't reach out to Claudette. Separate from being a knowledgeable realtor, she's also a great person!

Claudette’s work ethics leave me absolutely speechless. There are no words to describe how truly amazing Claudette is. It was my husband and I’s first time buying a home and we knew some information regarding buying a house, but of course not all. Claudette was extremely helpful, patient, caring, and then some. She answered all of our questions, even if we asked them numerous times. She answered our phone calls all hours of the day/night. She knows what she is doing for sure, and I advise you to listen to all of her advice because she knows best! As my husband and I say, she’s a sweetheart to her clients, but a pit bull in her career field. She is so genuine, fierce, funny, sweet and above. I highly highly recommend her to any and all!! You will absolutely be lost without her ❤️

Claudette is an amazing realtor. A true master at her craft. She was an excellent mentor as well in our first home buying process. Claudette always answered the phone when we called, always had time for questions and was always positive. That translated into a flawless home buying process. Claudette first helped me as I sought a rental for my parents (in their 80s, so, not easy). She was patient and made time for all our questions. It has been a year and they are still very happy. Then recently, she helped us buy AND sell. Knowing that we'd been looking for a certain type of home, she was creative in researching and sending notes to families whose homes matched what we wanted. Great move...it worked! We made an offer, then she was equally creative and energetic in helping us sell our place -- wonderful guidance and extremely helpful in actually getting it fixed up. Our experience with Claudette was flawless in every regard. Her professionalism, fidelity, timeliness, and flexibility were top-notch. After a series of complications with the moving company threw our move off track, Claudette stepped in and helped iron out the wrinkles to get everything back in order. Ms. Claudette Smith was truly fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable, worked tirelessly for me, and was very responsive. Also, she made herself available at any hour (I remember discussing my purchase with her at midnight). There was not a question asked or a need expressed that she didn’t respond to. She is also just a very nice person. I have worked with numerous real estate agents to sell four homes, and purchase five, and Claudette was one of the best realtors I ever had the pleasure of working with. I am very happy with my purchase. I will use only Claudette for my next move.

My wife and I found Claudette Smith to be an outstanding real estate agent. She was very proactive in identifying properties that were in line with our requirements and really listened to our feedback so that the search became more accurate over time. Additionally, Claudette was quite good at explaining the details of the home buying process she even had a useful graphic of the various steps involved, and helped us throughout the process. I was searching on Zillow and other sites for rental properties, and Claudette was one of the few brokers who made the effort in reaching out to me. Claudette made us (my wife and I) feel 200% comfortable in each step of the rental process! We could not be more pleased, or feel more secure. Despite the busiest buying/selling season of real estate, she continually took the time to handle our case, and even went out of her way to find us new rentals that matched our specific criteria on a DAILY basis! She even sent us a list of local utility companies in order to make it an even smoother transition. Once we had moved, she kept in close contact with us and was incredibly helpful when it came to a few bumps in the road we experienced with our HOA. Within the first few minutes of us meeting, Claudette looked at me and said What are you waiting for, you're moving!. From that moment on there was no question that we both were willing to do what was necessary to make it happen! Whenever I started to question whether it would all work out, Claudette stayed positive. She did make it happen. I moved into a house and rented my house all within a 2 week time frame from start to finish. I would ask for her help again and I recommend her for home buyers. Claudette helped me pick out my home . She showed a number of properties and we have visited some of the properties multiple times. She also recommended many similar homes I may be interested in. Claudette was able to setup the paperwork for a regional sales contract quickly and explained it well. As a first time home buyer, I really didn't know much about real-estate and she helped me through the process of buying a home. Claudette is picky and is great at negotiation. She will get you a good price on your bid and also negotiate fixes with the seller after the home inspection. I was very impressed with Claudette's responsiveness. She notifies you of everything you need to know right away.She goes above and beyond even after sale of the home. You can’t go wrong with her!
