Claudia was born raised and has lived most of her life in the East metro of the Twin Cities. Born into a real estate and residential home construction family she is proud to carry on the tradition and has an in- depth knowledge of the area and its rich history.

Claudia has a record of success in working with both buyers and sellers with an emphasis on producing win-win transactions with expert negotiation. She prides herself on the use of cutting-edge technology and keeps on top of both the local and national markets through research and education.

In her personal life, Claudia loves to run and snowshoe, enjoys being the organizer of a Twin Cities book club, and makes time for attending performances of The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra and Minnesota Opera.
