About Claudia

Claudia got her start as a local realtor in the DC metropolitan area in 2003, working with buyers and sellers and earning Top Producer status from the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors. She then moved to a corporate position in the investment property division of a leading developer that manages over 2,000 apartments in the DMV area. Her responsibilities included marketing and helping her company acquire multi-family buildings and converting them into market rate rentals.

Most recently, as director of dispositions at a hedge fund, Claudia helped build and manage her department and disposed of over $250 million in underperforming assets.

Bennett’s commitment to providing help to other agents expands beyond the borders of a brokerage. She serves as the co-chair of the Fairfax County Board for the Santa Maria Church, where her focus is to create local affordable housing for seniors and help the elderly in her community.

She lives in DC with her husband, Taylor, and her Chihuahua named Savanah. When not selling real estate, Bennett spends time biking and running with Taylor in Rock Creek Park near their home. The couple are self-described “foodies” and love trying new restaurants in the city.
