Claudia Capurro

Claudia is a long time Nevada resident and has been a Top Producer in the real estate profession for nearly 25 years.

She specializes in probates, guardianships, and residential and land sales in Reno-Sparks and the surrounding areas. She has experience in marketing probate and guardianship properties and all aspects of preparing residential properties for sale—from clean-out or staging of personal property to final cleaning for showing.

Claudia graduated from the University of Nevada-Reno, with a BS in Business Administration with emphasis in Real Estate. She also holds Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Designations. She has been a member of both the National Association of Realtors and the Reno-Sparks Association of Realtors for nearly 25 years and has previously worked on committees to re-write forms for the Reno-Sparks Association.
