Shortly after my husband passed away, I was planning to move to Northern California to be close once again to family, so I carefully considered several apartment management companies and thought I chose a very good one. I was wrong. Nothing went right; it was amazing. On top of that, the pandemic had just hit and it became difficult to keep apartments rented. I realized it might be to my benefit to sell the building rather than watch it slip away, and in meeting a prospective broker I met Claudia.
I immediately felt comforted by her knowledgeable and friendly attitude. I felt safe in trusting her knowledge of the law in dealing with the property and the residents.
Ultimately, I did select to sell the property, and she was helpful in that as well. Otherwise, I bet I would still be with her today.
