Claudia Galvin brings twenty plus years of Corporate Business experience to the Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty team of professionals.

Her responsibilities in both the travel industry and the financial sales arena required hands on service to the public. This training, along with her true enthusiasm for the Real Estate business, has helped Claudia earn her success over the past several years.
A 40+year resident of Garden City, Claudia earned her B.S. in Marketing from Adelphi University. Both of her children have gone through the highly rated Garden City Public School system.
Her son, Matt Minardi, has also been in the business for several years and Claudia works in partnership with him. She enjoys having the point of view of the younger buyer and seller that Matt shares.
Her love of the community with all of its amenities and her knowledge that Garden City is a wonderful place to live, gives Claudia a special incentive to excel in her profession. She finds it rewarding working with both buyers and sellers to help them achieve their dreams.

Over the years and during various changes in the market, Claudia has expanded her business into neighboring areas. Reaching out to these new territories has enhanced her work with first time homeowners and empty nesters, which she truly enjoys.
