Claudia Hardy

Claudia is a Realtor at Bosshardt with a lifelong passion for houses and homes. Growing up in Gainesville, she was exposed to real estate at an early age, tagging along to rental properties and renovation projects with her best friend’s mother, a real estate investor. After graduating from Gainesville High School, Claudia went on to attend Florida State University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design.

Her strong organizational skills led her to an 8-year stint as the Director of Events at Sweetwater Branch Inn. She also worked as a retail manager where she honed her customer service skills and discovered how much she truly enjoys creating positive experiences for clients. Claudia has renovated multiple older homes, built a custom home, and owned rental properties, giving her valuable hands-on experience in many aspects of real estate.

Claudia loves guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process. She makes it a priority to ensure her customers truly understand each phase so they can make confident, informed decisions. She takes great pride in offering excellent communication, patience, and consistent follow-through from start to finish.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Claudia worked with a top Realtor helping sellers get their homes visually ready for market, all with the goal of selling for top dollar. She also owns an interior design business and loves combining these skills with her work as a Realtor at Bosshardt. As she walks through homes with her customers, she enjoys pointing out a home’s potential and offering interior design insight.
