Claudia brings 25+ years of real estate sales and marketing solutions to Salt Lake City, Park City and surrounding areas. Her real estate career began an ocean away, selling luxury high rise condominiums in the paradise city of Honolulu, Hawaii. She has since worked for well-established real estate companies such as Coldwell Banker Premier; as Director of Sales and Marketing for new developments, Sotheby’s International; as Luxury Specialist, as well as her own brokerage Claudia Klawe & Associates (which she later merged with the Equity Real Estate Group and grew the company to over 80 agents while closing more than $200,000,000 in personal production).
Now, as Branch Broker for Presidio Summit, Claudia continues to thrive while representing many luxury developments along the Wasatch Front & Back all while growing this brand-new branch. She is the recipient of many Home Builders of Utah awards for marketing and has served on the Home Builders Sales & Marketing Board.
Claudia is an expert at launching new developments and understands the dynamics associated with financing new product in today’s marketplace.
She began her real estate career over 20 years ago in Honolulu, Hawaii where she developed her extensive skills in luxury sales and has became a consistent multi-million dollar producer. After moving to Salt Lake City 10 years ago, Claudia continued to distinguish herself in the luxury marketplace with the local office of a national firm and earned President’s Club honors year after year.
In July of 2000, Claudia took the next logical step in her stellar career and opened her own brokerage, Claudia Klawe & Associates. She has subsequently firmly established herself as a specialist in the marketing and sales of Luxury Residential Properties and New Luxury Communities including assistance in real estate development, corporate relocation, second homes and the resale of existing homes. In addition to managing her own firm, Claudia is also the president of the Sales & Marketing Council for the Homebuilders Association of Utah.
Claudia provides experience and the most comprehensive promotional/marketing background unique to luxury residential properties. This level of expertise makes her the ideal Principal Broker to provide a leadership role for her brokerage and success to all projects with which she is associated.
Claudia was instrumental bringing Black Rock Luxury Condos, Townhomes and Blackstone to the Park City area.
