Originally from Peru and bilingual in English and Spanish, she provides real estate services from acquisition to final closing, in both languages.

Claudia specializes in luxury residential real estate in the Aventura/Sunny Isles market but has also closed deals in Miami Shores, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami Beach. She begins each client relationship by seeking to understand their property goals, whether recreational, investment, or residential. She then provides a comprehensive market assessment based on current trends, local connections, and area comparables. Finally, she develops a strategy that includes property showings and automated custom searches.

When she was six years old, Claudia's family moved from their homeland to Miami Beach and she immediately fell in love with what she terms “this magical city.” Today, Claudia loves to travel and experience new cultures.
