We had already had experiences with other realtors in the past and thanks to that we are convinced that Claudia has the knowledge, experience and seriousness that one needs when deciding to sell their property.

I cannot recommend Claudia enough. She is one of the most professional, level-headed, and hard-working realtors, I've ever met. Claudia came highly recommended by a coworker and spent months patiently looking with us at houses in different areas until we found the right one. She was always on time. More important, Claudia also helped us sell it in a great market last month. Finding the right realtor is so important. She knew how to capture the beauty in our home, put it in the right advertisements, and expertly negotiated with the other realtor; we ultimately got top dollar. We were blown away and impressed with her and you will also be too.

Claudia was our Agent for the Pinecrest/Palmetto Bay area. She was absolutely phenomenal. When we first met, I told her I wanted to look at a minimum of 10 homes so I could get a good feel for what was available and at what prices. She didn't bat an eye and gladly took us around town. She expertly organized several showing in each day to make the process easier. When we walked into a reno, she immediately pointed out the cheap flooring and other construction snafus that I never would have known about. We were under contract on a home and the inspection was poor so we decided to back out of the contract. I was worried she may be upset, but she wasn't in the slightest. She just wanted us to be happy and within a week she had found us our perfect home, which we then purchased. It should be noted that both homes had multiple offers and ours was selected both times, a testament to her negotiating ability during this extremely competitive market. Once under contract, she had several contacts that we could choose to hire for things like inspections, septic tanks, sewer, etc. We were extremely happy with everyone we used at her suggestion. She responded promptly to all my texts, worked on our offers on nights and weekends, and we could not be happier we hired her. I would gladly recommend her to anyone.
