I recommend this lady for who ever is baying a house. She is open for any discussion that will favor you she will defend you fight for you and make sure you get your house. All you have to do is to tell her the truth and she will take care of the rest. Be on time because she will show up at the property 30mn before you. Just tell her what you want and she will get it for you.

Claudia is amazing! She has helped my parents sell and buy a house a few times. Last year she helped me purchase my first home and now she has helped my in laws with their first home purchase as well. I highly recommend because she does her job full time and she is always available to help.

This was my first experience with selling a house, and after almost 30 years in the same house, this was difficult for me emotionally. Claudia helped me every step of the way to make sure I understood what was involved in selling a house, she made process easy. she put the house up for sale and sold it a few days later. She worked diligently to sell the home once listed, although it took longer due to no fault of hers, and we closed in a reasonable time for a fair price.

With selling we got a deal in the first week the property was listed and everything went smoothly.When purchasing she was quick to give an offer the sellers did not deny so I ended up getting the house I wanted which was the goal. 09/23/2014 - Msmithxyz Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Hattontown, Reston, VA. This turned into the Real Estate Transaction from hell but Claudia was there acting like a Guardian Angel the entire time. The first contract which had been approved by the Bank of Record at the time of presentation was withdrawn after the original bank sold the loan. Claudia found another purchaser very quickly. Unfortunately the same thing happened again, Purchase approved but bank dragging feet caused purchaser to walk. Again Claudia found another purchaser and after dealing with multiple banks and road blocks settlement happened 9/22/2014. Would I recommend or use Claudia's services again? Without a doubt. Thanks Claudia.
