Our experience with Claudia could not have been more responsive and helpful. She was available when needed to show the house and answer our questions. She also guided us to set the house for showing which was much needed. Through several delays due to Probate she keep both us and the buyer updated about necessary contract changes and expedited any online signature requirements. Claudia never seemed to be discouraged by the delays. I would definitely recommend Claudia Stipe to anyone needing a realtor!

We were connected with Claudia Stipe back in 2005 from a friend. She worked very hard to find us a house that was right for our family. Claudia went above and beyond and was always available to show us a house when we requested. When we were ready to move into a bigger home, she again worked endless hours driving all over Gwinnett and Forsyth County showing us new homes. Recently, my husband accepted a transferred to Raleigh, I called Claudia, and she was ready to help the next day. Claudia sold our home within a weekend. I would never hesitate referring Claudia to any of my friends and family for any real estate needs. She is professional, kind, and very caring at a time that can be very stressful; she is always available when you need her.
