Clay Smiley

Clay has joined his wife, Meredith Smiley, to form the Smiley Team. With a background in product management, consulting, and account management, Clay is passionate about providing the best service to his clients. Past clients and customers describe Clay as trustworthy, joyful, a good listener, and a creative problem solver.

Before joining Compass, Clay was a product manager for a healthcare IT company where he managed a team of analysts and a portfolio of products. Prior to that, Clay was a consultant at Accenture in Washington, DC where he worked on several projects for a federal government agency.

Clay also serves as a Trustee for the Charles H. Hood Foundation, a board member for the Municipal Trust & Savings Bank, and as an Ally for the Financial Catalyst ASIDA Savings Program through the Watermark Community Development Corporation.
