I was recommended to hire Clay to sell my condo. He proposed a sale price that was $20k over the highest I thought I could never get for my condo or what other realtors thought!! His knowledge of the condo market was impeccable and he sure did know what to do! With his marketing skills and listing expertise, he was able to find a cash buyer the second day and we closed in 3 weeks! Unbelievable!! I think to myself, had I gone with any other option, I would have never gotten even close to the 20K more he was able to. He made the world of difference!

After we had an offer on my condo, he quickly helped me find a beautiful home of my dreams and negotiated the best deal for the property! This property had a lot of interest and his skillfulness got my offer accepted, even though it was a contingent offer pending my condo sale
