It was an absolute pleasure working with Clayton when I purchased my first home! I think the best part about working with him is he listens to what you want, and is honest - a quality very rare to find in a realtor. My family and I started working with Clayton when the market was crazy and we made it absolutely clear that we do not want to be bidding way over asking for new construction homes and he respected that.
