You will find some homes in that price range. They may not be ideal, but, if you are willing to do some work, you may come out way ahead in the end. Set some other priorities, like; Good roof or good Air system, what is it you will fix or settle without to get into a home.My suggestion, be sure it is fixable. If the hoome is in the price range you are looking for, how much extra income do you have each month to work on the home?
