I would highly recommend Clint Moore, if you’re thinking about buying a new home. My husband and I were first time homebuyers—very excited, but also a bit daunted by the whole process. As we got started, Clint was a great teacher, taking us through everything in a clear and easy-to-understand way, and getting our almost endless list of questions answered. We appreciated his proactiveness in finding listings that focused our thought process during early weeks of the search, and was available to see homes and navigate paperwork practically 7 days a week. He did his homework on the properties we were most interested in (navigating everything from disclosures to investigating HOAs).

Once we found our dream starter home, Clint was a great partner during offer and escrow. He lined up inspectors prior to close, ensuring the home was a good buy—and quickly referred us to contractors, electricians, etc. after close to aid us in getting through initial repairs quickly. We are truly grateful for his focus, expertise, and making the whole experience fun for us. We would love to work with him again when it is time to buy the next home!
