Clint has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate business with a broad background including valuation, brokerage, development and financing.
Mr. Parsons started his career in the appraisal side of the business and obtained his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1994. Following, he worked as an investment analyst and then as a commercial real estate loan officer. In this latter capacity, Clint worked with institutional clients such as life insurance companies and pension funds on placing their capital into investment-grade real estate.
In 1996, Clint obtained the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute; and in 1997, Clint started his own real estate company. As an MAI and a CCIM, he consulted with appraisal clients on valuation issues, and represented brokerage clients on real estate transactions. During this time period, Clint also worked on several of his own development projects.
In 2005, Mr. Parsons moved to Naples and joined Armalavage & Associates. His goal was to learn the local market through a premier commercial real estate valuation company and then springboard back into the brokerage business.
In early 2013, Clint completed his transition plans to the southwest Florida market by joining LandQwest Commercial as a Sales Associate in its Fort Myers office. His strategic focus is representing buyers and sellers of investment properties, as well as retail leasing.
