We were referred to our realtor, Clint Wulf by a family member and boy did he go above and beyond all of our expectations! Clint called within minutes of learning of our interest in the area and he and his team guided us through the whole process with ease, taking the stress out of buying a home. We were attempting to buy from out of state in a very aggressive market. Clint kept us abreast of new homes on the market daily, even hosting private virtual tours that were so detailed that we actually wrote an offer after one of his tours. He was there every step of the way, remembering key details of our preferences and requirements, offering advice, and following through on every commitment – big or small. He is fantastic at what he does and we could have not had a better realtor. The quantity of work (research, virtual and in person tours, offers, contracts) he did for us was only surpassed by the quality of work he delivered (service, gratitude, sincerity, satisfaction). We now consider Clint to be a friend and hope to share in more grand adventures.

We recently used Clint as our agent to sell our home in Boise. He did a great job of understanding our expectations and was critical in making the sale happen. He was very effective in his communications and kept us updated on all activities throughout the entire process. He also took extra time to ensure the property always looked its best before every showing. We would definitely use him again and would highly recommend his services.

Once in a while, you just luck out. I left my home in Montana to be with my children and grandchildren in Boise. For all of the obvious reasons, the idea of the move was wonderful. But, after living 69 years in my town of birth, the impending move seemed a bit overwhelming. Clint was remarkable. He walked me through every step of the process, and on the days I needed to laugh, he made that happen. If you are looking for a great realty experience, I highly recommend Clint Wulf.
