I was so fortunate to have Clyde Stormont as my Realtor. Clyde is a true professional.
Clyde shared a lot of good advice with me to get my home if 40 years on the market, up for sale. He sold it in just a few weeks! As my Realtor he stayed focused on finding me my dream home in the right neighborhood for the right price. Clyde answered all my questions as he knows his business well. I was amazed at just how well. He was very thorough checking into even the history of homes. Each house I showed interest in he would perform his methodical inspection looking for signs of any problems and also commenting on the quality of construction etc.
In short he was always on my side working to make the best possible purchase.
I highly recommend Realtor Clyde Stormont to anyone.

Clyde is a great real estate agent and the ultimate professional. We was recommended to us and we would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent that has your back. We put our house on the market right before Shelter in Place and our sell became complicated but Clyde guides us through it all. He was always available, informed and our advocate at every turn. His guidance and support were indispensable and we now get to retire happily!

Clyde Stormont made buying my ideal house a pleasure! I can't recommend him highly enough. I met Clyde at an open house he was running for a home in a neighborhood I really loved. I was only just beginning to think about buying a house. When I was ready to start actively looking, I contacted Clyde. He helped steer me to the affordable areas in my price range. He made himself available many times on short notice, which helped in a sellers' market in which we had to act fast. Clyde's technical knowledge of plumbing, appliances, and structural issues from his experience restoring and flipping houses was invaluable. He pointed out details or concerns in a home that I would otherwise have never known to look at. He wasn't trying to sell me a house fast. He really cared that I found something reliable, affordable, and most of all safe. He discovered that a house was becoming available in the neighborhood I most wanted. He built rapport with the selling agent and found out the reasonable amount to bid to have a very competitive offer. Our offer was accepted very fast!

Clyde also connected me with a mortgage broker who was able to obtain an interest rate .25% lower than anyone else I spoke to, and I didn't have to pay extra for a lower interest loan. On the day of the inspection, Clyde showed up and looked all of the issues being addressed. He even went back to the house twice to double check if a higher moisture level detected by a gauge was still there a day or two after it rained. Clyde went the extra mile every step of the way.

I give Clyde Stormont my highest recommendation! His knowledge, honesty, work ethic and positive attitude helped me find my dream home in record time and for much less than the median home price in Sacramento! In less than two months from the moment Clyde became my realtor I found the perfect home, closed escrow and had my keys!
