Having worked with exceptional brands like Nordstrom for over 18 years, Coco has attributed her success to keeping her client’s best interest in mind. So much so that she has won multiple awards for her hard work and dedication, one of them being the Coldwell Banker Bain International President's Club Award.
Apart from her years in customer service, Coco has been selling real estate for over 18 years. She has had the pleasure of working with Murray Franklyn, leading builders in quality, innovative homes on the Eastside, for over 11 years. She has specialized in new construction for most of her real estate career, selling anything from cozy condos to multimillion dollar homes in Tacoma, Redmond, Sammamish, Bellevue, and Snoqualmie Ridge. Now, she lives by the motto, “Where there’s a will, there’s a way,” especially when helping clients sell or find the home of their dreams. She takes immense pride in watching ecstatic clients move into their new homes and create friendships that are like family with their neighbors. Coco has a history of accepting any challenge that comes her way and makes sure that by the end of the day both the seller and buyer are happy with the outcome.
When Coco is not busy making clients happy, she is spending time with family. They have traveled all over the world together, including Spain, Italy, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Maui, and Arizona.
