About Cody

I am a Native Texan, come from a family of brokers, and most important to me is being a single father of 4 very active kids in Lake Travis. I started working in real estate with my family at age 16. Started flipping homes at age 19. Had a real estate license at age 24 in 2008. I created and ran a real estate company in 2010. Mentoring several top producers along the way.

While working in property management and acquisitions, I helped create and run an equipment rental and oil field service company in 2012. Since that time and to this day, I own and operate a large commercial portfolio of a variety of property types all over the great state of Texas. Personally handling day-to-day operations and countless sales and acquisitions. I have several ranches throughout Texas, so I also have a well-rounded knowledge of farm and ranch purchases / sales.

Real Estate is not just a job for me, it’s a passion. I truly love what I do and enjoy helping people. I use my broad experience to get my clients the best deals they can get. I’m never shy to be a tough and fair negotiator on their behalf. Although I am very tech-savvy, I also appreciate and understand the importance of face-to-face meetings, a good handshake and always following through on my word. I work long hours, and I’m available 24 hours a day for you.
