Born and raised in Idaho, Cody is truly a local, organic product. Prior to selling full time, Cody led a successful premium audio/video team, specializing in high-end service, and overseeing inter-state projects to completion with the upmost satisfaction of his clients. Not only was the customer service brought over to his real estate business, but his customers came with him too; many recognizing his exemplary service would truly transfer, becoming clients in his new venture. Immediately, Cody signed up for the #1 coaching company in the world, The Mike Ferry Organization, to learn the ins and outs of the business and what the top agents in the country provide to their clients, and how he can implement that same service and systems in a timely fashion to the North Idaho Region. Cody is one of the very few agents in Idaho, to make this commitment.
Cody graduated locally at Post Falls High School, where he participated in many of the school’s business centric programs, focusing on his business planning and presentation skills. Talented and driven to achieve, he immediately began his in-work experience in sales and service, out of high school, to sharpen his skills to serve.
Cody thrives on giving back to local programs in his community. Donating his time to many of the local community projects, programs, and clubs in the North Idaho Area. Cody continues to have a full-time business and real estate coach with weekly accountability calls and mastermind groups to continue pushing his service.
